How to get this hatch shader in Shader Graph?

I was asked to make a shader like this one [

] in Shader Graph, but I have no clue on how to do it. I was also told to use a simple Toon Ramp shader as the base for this one. This is my basic Toon Ramp shader:



Could you help me to upgrade this simple shader into that hatch shader? Thanks!

PS: I am more interested in learning how it works than copying a Shader Graph template.
