How to get the actual game on to my quest?

    I see a lot of tutorials but one thing i cant find any information on is when you are testing a game how do you test it on the oculus quest?

    the links dont work actually...all the tutorials i have come across only show me how to hook up my quest to unity...but none..NONE of them say how to export a apk to unity.

    ohh it does work now...but I guess my problems run deeper than this...I cant find out how to build a project in 2019..when I try to play VR escape room on my quest its just a window..like the browser...and even then it does nothing...i thought Vr escape room was ready to go
