How to get my fonts pixel perfect full screen?

Hi there...

You know I'm making a retro shooter click here for the main menu and you see the arcade-game font with those fake scan-lines? well it looks great in the editor full screen or rather the maximized window as I've tweaked it to look right in there, but running the exported exe file and going full screen to my native resolution of 1080p I can see the fonts are slightly off in size, now with this vertical shooter I'm not too sure how to proceed with it resolution wise... anyway, if you have any ideas, please let me know, cheers
