How to get _CameraNormalsTexture into a Image Effect?

    I'm using a Deferred Rendering , and I've read a few articles that when usingDeferred Rendering, and I put sampler2D _CameraNormalsTexture in a shader. Unity should automaticly fill _CameraNormalsTexture.rgb with the Rendered Normals, and _CameraNormalsTexture.a with the Specular?

    I'm doing a Post Processing effect and I need both the Normals and Secular?
