This question might be a bit silly, but I absolutely don’t know this stuff works and I just wanted some leads to start searching.

I want to be able to push some kind of informations from the game to somewhere (I don’t really know where, but somewhere I could get them), like ingame stats, some poll or other stuff.

I am not searching for a solution, but rather for someone telling me where/what to search in order to start correctly. Thanks in advance.

You could setup a remote web-server with a backend like PHP / .Net / Java and a database and have your game store and retrieve the player's data from there.
However since you don't seem familiar with this it would be a steep learning curve, even using PHP which is a relatively simple language.
The most sensibile suggestion would be to look for an existing API that provides these services for a reasonable fee, such as PlayFab, GameSparks, Firebase. You can google any of these for starters and see if they provide what you're looking for. Good luck.
