How to find a good developer on Unity?

    Hey! I got a game idea but I'm not a programmer. I think to put it on Unity it will be designe for PC indie platformer. I got an interesting idea, I don't think it will be too difficult to do that. Maybe I should hire some company? Can you advise me some and... how really should I choose it? Are there any special things I should care about? Thanks to all.
