How to export .unitypackage that includes all dependencies installed via Package Manager?

Hi, I created some content and plan to submit it as a complete mobile game project to Unity Asset Store, but there is a problem related to the dependencies. My project relays on Unity Ads, In-App Purchasing and Post-Processing, but these packages are not recognized after .unitypackage is imported to a new empty Unity project. I had to manually install three of them in Package Manager and then all the errors shown in console were gone. Selecting "Include dependencies" checkbox when exporting package doesn't work in this case.

Also, for Unity Ads and In-App Purchasing, it is required to enable them on Services panel in Unity editor. This should be done manually as well.

I wrote the configuration in README, but I am still concerned, asking users to follow and do all these steps seems cumbersome, and it may affect the ease of use of my asset.

Is there a solution of it? Thanks.
