    Hello, dear forum users,

First thing, make sure you have read all Package Manager related documentation in the Unity user manual. Please look up the Troubleshooting section for help on known issues. If you haven't found the answer, please go on.

Second, take a look at the list of known issues listed in this post.

When you request for help or want to share an issue, it would reduce the turnaround time if the
    editor.log
    and
    upm.log
files are included with your post.

    Important:
In order to upload the log files, you will need to change the file extension to end with
    .txt
    . For example,
    editor.log.txt
    or
    editor.txt
    .

This is usually the first question we ask when not provided. The log files give valuable info to help determine the cause of your issue(s).

To gather these files, please refer to the Log files section in Unity User Manual.

    Regards,

Pascal and the Unity Package Manager team
