How to edit my feed?

Jumping back into Unity Connect in a search for work, I thought I'd try to make better use of it overall. But the feed has me baffled. It's a glut of posts in mostly Asian characters, so I have not idea what they're about. Who are these people? How did I end up following them?

Most importantly: How do I unfollow them or see fewer of their posts?

Connect appears to be trying to be some kind of social network, maybe like LinkedIn or Slack. But those networks – and all the other ones – give you ways to curate your feeds.

Would love to know how to do that in Connect.
