How to download asset completely or resume download or use other app to download ?

    When i download asset it stop and i wait for hour but not percen change, How to resume download asset or use other app can resume ?

    i close and open over 1000 time to download over week ,but this day i can't finish download becluases it large size to day i buy and download use 7 hour to download single asset but not complate ,and my plan want to downloand to laptop ,how to complate download asset.
