In order to follow GDPR rules we should deactivate Analytics until we get GDPR compliant from a user.
We want to customize own version of gdpr compliant page so we don't use Unity Data Privacy Plug-in.

How to disable Analytics by default? And how to start it in some time?

I would encourage you to try the Unity Data Privacy Plug-in, we do scrub any data we may have received from the user prior if they choose to opt-out. We currently don't offer a way to programmatically enable/disable Analytics.

    But what about customising?

There are some reviews about it: https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/add-ons/services/unity-data-privacy-plug-in-118922
Opening a browser to review the privacy setting is kind of discouraging for player, it also might break the game flow. It should be open in integrated webview.

How do we get it? We wanna customise our game flow and use Unity Analytics :)
Sure we can use Google Analytics instead and control it as we want but I think it should be some way to control Unity Analytics as well.

In other words we don't wanna lose players because of using Unity Analytics (breaking game flow (leaving the game to get an user agreenment), not customizable, ugly looking, using in VR projects).

Well looks like it's better to use Firebase or Google Analytics for free Unity users.
