How to disable a particular Track in Timeline

    My project has tracks like Audio/Narrations.
    In UI there are buttons to toggle Audio/Narrations if needed or not.
    Can you please tell now to enable/disable particular track on toggle of a button in UI.
    Do I need to do it by script or by events
    Can you please help to understand by a example
