We have a junior in our team, and he have delted all repo by mistake. We want to delete that revision from the collab tree, so we wont have problems with version control, or merging(everybody kept on working and now we have a couple of working repo;s we have to merge) Is there a way to do that, other then just publish repo as new revision(which would add a lot merging work to do and ruin our version control)

Hi @bugaj! What you could try is if no one else has published their changes yet then have your junior teammate go into the Collab History, go back to the commit before they accidentally deleted everything, then Publish those changes. Now the repo should be back and you and your other teammates should be able to publish their changes normally.
