How to create CFD wind animation for my simulation?

    Hi,

    I gone through this link for my project reference, they have done the wind animation using unity with some data points(i guess). I want to create same which is there in this.
    But i have no idea how to create these kind of animation in unity.
    Can someone here guide me how to create this kind of animation?
