How to create a conversation game?

I am a beginner in the Unity tool, I found a game very interesting and I want to create a similar one, the game is only based on a story and the choices are made by the player, each choice leads to a different future. Anyway, how to create a game of this style? I don't know how to research how to create a game in this style. Any ideas of website, video or tutorial to make this game? You could search for how to build a "dialogue tree" in Unity. You should be able to find quite a bit of material experiment with.
