Question How to create a 2D medical simulation game?

Hello! I am rather new in unity, only having about 2 months of experience, and I have created games like a platformer and a tile-based movement game, but now I would need to create a point and click 2D medical simulation game about dentistry. Kind of like those dental games for children, but now I have to make it. For my previous outputs, I was able to follow through videos, but dental games for children does not seem to have any youtube tutorials so I have to start from scratch. How do I go about this?
