How to creat a ray of light

Hi Guys

Im stuck with a problem what I want to create is a ray of light from a origin point to any direction.
like in the attached image.

Thank you for the help, this is what i need but in the Line Renderer under the script section i was unable to find any control on the Start Width End Width. pls c the attached image.

If there is any way to control it pls let me know

You mean from a script? I'm not in front of a computer with Unity installed, and I'm still fairly new to Unity myself, but the setwidth function should do it. So probably something like:

LineRenderer.SetWidth(startwidth,endwidth);
