How to configure values on a Google Drive spreadsheet, and read the game values using http?

Hi All
I am building Recovery Treatments for Human Health problems by VR games and my main goal is that the doctor have an app to write data in a specific folder and the game would read that file and update its parameters if it was changed. I got a good idea to do it of this simple way.....
The doctors configure his values on a Google Drive Spreadsheet, and read the values in this VR game using http, for it, Could anybody advice me about how to do it? or if anyone know a better way, please let me know it.

Basically it seems that they have API for google drive, t hat API should be able to manipulate sheets, and there are C# bindings for using it.

 

Alternately, if this is a commercial project, it may be more cost/time-effective to use one of the 3rd-party assets which do this, there are several:
