How to collab Project settings ".asset" files individually

    I have changed some project settings in my unity project and I want to submit only one settings file, for example, "Input Manager" file. But since I cant access these settings file in the project view, I am not able to collaborate these files individually. Is there any other way of submitting these files individually?
