The package manager and the assets store downloads the files to the C temp folder. I don't need them to load fast and I don't need those assets all time. Count this with the fact that those files are just archives that a project gets files from and they are good candidates to sit on a different drive or even on an external drive.

I don't want to delete them just to download them again every time I need them.

How to move them or set up a folder or something to move them out of the temp folder?

Move C:\Users\...\AppData\Roaming\Unity\Asset Store to other drive and create hard link: mklink (Windows Command)
