How to change the dock icon for Unity Hub?

Since a couple of versions, Unity Hub uses a pretty ugly icon, at least on macOS. It's a white rectangle with a Unity logo inside. This logo does not blend well with the rest of the dock, unlike the Unity editor icon. Is there a way to revert this, so the hub icon looks nice again, too?

Thanks. I just noticed that the icon for Unity 2019 also changed to an "ugly" one, it's just inverted. Why on earth did they do this? At least, the black one is not hurting my eyes that much, but the white one is just disgusting.
