How to change Fog Color

Setting up my first URP scene and I would like to use Fog, so I set the Fog settings in the lighting options. I can change the start and end and I see fog but I cant change the color, is that controlled from somewhere else? I click the color and change the value but the value in the lighting menu doesn't change. The grab shows the difference in colors.
