How to cap a game at 720P

    Is there a way to make sure my game stays at 720P no matter what ? I am making a game for consoles... and they offer higher resolutions but I was wondering how do you make sure it stays at 720P no matter what ? Because you dont have the options via the editor ?

    Render game to 720p texture, render fullscreen quad with that texture on screen.
