How to build a cloud of floating tickets ?

    need to ape this effect ( see the first 5 secs of video) - have been trying to do it with a particle system but am flailing somewhat.



    I think I'm going to need to use a Particle System Force Field, but I can't find a good tutorial, even after a good afternoons googling.

    Any help would be mucho appreciated :)
