right click it...build asset bundle. I actually think it's a menu item in unity5.

Select the object in the project view, and then from the create menu, choose asset bundle for either IOS or Android. You can also do this through script using the scripting reference for bundles provided.

Thanks Subzero gaming for your help... I have download unity code from asset store
    https://www.assetstore.unity3d.com/#!/content/45836

In that code I have created sphere prefab in the SampleAssets Folder. i have right click the sphere prefab and then i have choose buildAssetbundles option. But the bundle file or sphere.UNITY3D is not Created.

Is there is any documentation that how can we convert Prefab into .UNITY3D file or Bundle File...

1)In that ex when i click the assetLoader scene file, the cube is loading... What is the difference between normally loading and asset loading...

2)In that tankloader scene file.. when i click the scene, file is loaded. I have found no difference between normal loading and asset loading...

3)Is there any example file that loading a file at run time...

    4) in that examples all files are in the same folder only..than what is the use of the asset loader ??

    Could any one help me...

When you create an asset bundle out of a prefab, it should ask you to specify a folder location. You will then take that asset bundle and do one of two things. Hook it up to a web server, and using the WWW class, download, and basically instantiate that bundle into your scene whenever you want, or you can load it from the resources folder.
