How to bake 3DS Max cloth physics for Unity?

    I remember playing a few games and noticed that the cloth physics were the same every time
    (likely baked) and not real time? I think this might be a good idea since I will probably port my game to mobile eventually- and baked cloth physics would be more performant. How would I bake the cloth modifier in 3DS Max or in Unity?
