How to ask a player to share his game activity publicly on signin with Google Play games?

    HI, dunno if this is the right place to ask.
    But what I am interested in is, how to ask a player to share his game activity publicly on signin in after a consent.

    So in other words how to activate for a player: "Let others see your game activity" in google play?
