So I just pushed an update to my game and looks like Apple changed their export compliance information dialogue.

Before, I would be asked if my game uses any encryption to which I would answer "Yes" to be on the safe side as I would assume Unity engine may use encryption. Then next I would be asked if my game is exempt from special laws relating encryption and I would answer "Yes" again and that would be the end of it.

But now they changed it. I am now presented with the following options:

Ive selected the standard encryption as I feel that is what Unity may use

But on Next Stage I am asked if my game will be distributed in France - which is True as I have French localization.

Then I am asked to provide additional details relating to the app/game

Can anyone help me out here?

Can I mention that my game does not use any encryption? As there is no encrytpion built into my app, I dont use any login services or anything like that. Just game centre logins.

Some guidance on how to fill this for Unity games would be helpful as I cant find anything online for it yet

If you choose Standard Encryption and that your app will be available in France, it says you need to upload a form. I searched for French encryption declaration approval form but couldn't find any useful information about this form. Why doesn't Apple link to a place to find said form o_O

It depends on whether you are using analytics or ads or anything like that, as those make https calls, you could just choose no otherwise.

I think this is the website where you get the form. The website is in English but the form is in French

"Note that English is tolerated in the answers provided" :D
