HELP! - I've done this successfully in the past, but not in the last year:
    Question or Bug:
I added a new project through the Unity Dashboard. It doesn't appear in Hub.

Under Project Members, I am the owner, and I added myself and another User. Neither of us see the project in Hub.

Tried to "Add Remote Project" in Hub. The project isn't listed.

Under Repositories I created a new repository. Under Project Build History, it asked me to set up source control so I configured that to use Unity, but nowhere did it ask me WHICH of my many repositories in Plastic to connect to this particular project. I see no such option anywhere. (Maybe it's auto-magic). Still, no option to add a user.

If I click the obvious looking "user" or "user groups" section, this throws me into organization level stuff, even though at this point it still "feels" like I am project-level. I added a user to the "Developers" User Group and he can see ALL my projects! Not good. So I removed him from here. I kept myself there yet I don't see the new project. Only all my previously existing project.

Now, I give up. The UX and flow for simply setting up a new project should be simple: Create Project -> Create Repo -> Add user -> Done. Anything else falls under "Advanced" settings.

    Solution?
Had to create a new project locally, then add it to Hub. Then link to the repo through the Plastic Unity interface. Then upload. Then my developer could see it, not in Hub, but through the Plastic standalone client. Downloaded it, added the project manually to Hub too. Now we're in sync.

That's not an ideal flow, we'll see how it can be improved.
But thanks for posting the solution on the forum, it will be helpful for other users.

*Edit: you can also use the Unity Version Control package from the Unity Editor, to start hosting your project onto your cloud repository.
