    Hello!
I am very new to the modeling and world building abilities with Unity. As a learning experience, I took on the task of completing construction of a local office building in 3D using 3DSMAX and Unity built in tools as well as some free assets from the store. I enjoyed the process immensely! However, I believe I have hit the end of my untrained ability and would love some pointers. I am looking to get to the next level of realism in my model. This model is being temporarily hosted at http://www.carpet-cleaning-in-orlando.com/unity/Unity.html
If anyone has any pointers I would love to hear them! I am a total newbie to this so any advice will be good advice! Thanks!

    1. You need shadows from your light source
    2. Materials with bump (nothing in the real world is without bump)
    3. Imperfection is a key element to realism -> give your 3D model not 100% strait lines and crack some corners. Have a look onto the real world version of your building. maybe there are some parts that are damaged by storms.
    4. Bake Ambient Occlusion & use dirt maps on your Textures.

These are some points i think would dramatically increase the realism in your scene.
