Does anyone who have experience with vehicles know how realistic is setup from Vehicle Tools, for me it doesn't feel like it is. And how to tweak it to make it more realistic?

Hello, and welcome to the Unity forums!

Vehicle Tools is as realistic as the WheelCollider component alone can provide. This is the wheel provided by nVidia PhysX, the underlying physics engine in Unity 3D. This wheel model has severe deficiencies in both design and implementation. This has been that way since... well, always, and it's not expected to change anytime soon.

So currently the only way to get more realistic vehicles is using a third-party vehicle physics package. I develop a couple of packages (check out my signature below), but there are also many other vehicle physics packages at the Asset Store. Just pick the one that best fits in your project and you'll save a lot of headaches. Really!
