How not to get info from old builds?

I have several old builds running in web. I can't change or delete them.
How I can not to get analytic info from them?
I want to get info only from new builds.

As I undertand I can use Custom Segment only with Data Explorer?

I usually use Funnel Analyzer. This is the most convenient feature for me. Funnel Analyzer can't use Custom Segment, am I right?
So better will be relink project?

 

You can use a Custom Event with Funnel Analyzer with your version, which would accomplish similar.
