How much $$ for someone to help me get the collaborate/cloud build up and running?

Title pretty much says it. I would have to go to a place with good internet so it would take some coordination.

Also, not paying anybody up front. No more times getting ripped off.

I am looking for help. I cant get it to work. Is git or some other thing like that required?
