How long should it take to get a response from sales@unity3d.com?

I sent an email 2 weeks ago, and a follow-up a week later. I also emailed support, and they responded immediately that I should contact sales instead. The automated response from sales indicated that I should get a reply within one working day. I wouldn't normally ask on the public forums, but it's getting a bit frustrating to have zero response.
