How long does it typically take to get a response from the sales team?

    Just curious.

    I shot them an e-mail about 24 hours ago basically saying "I want to give you guys $1,500 for Unity Pro ASAP" and haven't heard back yet. I guess I just mean if I were a sales guy I'd hover around my e-mail all day waiting for e-mails like that, since that's a lot of money, Pro sales probably don't come around every day, and theoretically you'd want to get back to that person before they change their mind.

    I was under the impression that the Unity team wasn't based in America and thus wouldn't be shut down for the 4th of July.

    (Only reason I contacted the sales team instead of purchased a license in the automated way is my money is split across 2 sources and I needed assistance with them taking the total from those 2 sources separately to pay for the license.)

    They won't have all been out of the office for the 4th of July, but they might have been out for the weekend :)

    I expect you'll hear back from someone on Monday.

    Correct, we have people based all around the world. But the sales enquiries get routed to the team based most locally, since, for example, our Korean office deals mostly with Korean language questions, and the Japanese office may not know the best way to collect payment from US-based bank accounts.
