    Hi there,

the question is as the topic says:
How long does it take between upload and a feedback from Unity about your package?

...and what it a proper way to get in contact with Unity in case if something went wrong?

    Thanks in advance.

4-6 days usually. If you don't receive any response within about a week, email Caitlyn and ask about it.

    Thanks for the reply jerotas,

actually my first upload is 25 days ago today...I've uploaded the package again on July 26. but it's still the same problem.

It's in my account (pending area) and marked as uploaded.
Has any other publisher similar problems with the upload at the moment or am I the only one?

Is there an email adress to contact the asset store? I havn't found any except from old emails from 2012/2013 (last time I submitted a package). I already wrote to those adresses about my problem, but since I got no reply I take it that they are probably outdated.

If it is in "Uploaded" state I don't think that it is actually in the review queue. It should say "Pending Review". Normally for Asset Store emails I just email support@unity3d.com and then they will direct it from there.

Justin's right. If it's in the "Uploaded" state, the Unity Asset Store folks don't even know that it's there. They only receive a notification when it goes to the "Pending Review" state. The most common reason that it gets stuck in the "Uploaded" state seems to be when the Version Changes section is blank. Even if this is the first version, you have to put some text in the Version Changes area. If yours is blank, add some text and re-upload. That should hopefully fix it right away, without having to email them.
