You also need to go back to 2017.x. Wii U support was removed for 2018.1.

Might I ask why you want to export to Wii U? You'd be better off going with PS1/XB1/Switch.

Usually the people who ask a question like this have the console and want to be able to play their own games on it.

Guys I'm wondering, why isn't Wii u or Nintendo 3DS are not in the build settings in any unity version anymore? did unity remove Nintendo?

Nintendo discontinued both consoles. A discontinued console doesn't just cease being manufactured. It ceases supporting development too. If you want to develop for Nintendo going forward you need to develop for the Switch.

Because Nintendo has moved on to newer hardware. It's worth it for Unity to support those.
