How does HoloLens achieve Chinese recognition?

I'm not 100% sure what your asking, could you clarify please?
Are you seeing that it can recognize Chinese, or that you would like to know how to get it to do so?

 

I don't think the Hololens supports Chinese yet, but I do think it soon will.

This might help will the localization, but I don't think Chinese simplified or traditional ( Microsoft's localization ) is supported until official launch in China.
