How do you make a particle to be stuck on a object?

Hi, I will hear if anyone how to fix this problem. I have trying to make so the fire particle to be stuck on to the candle. So when the player move the candle will the fire particle move/show up immediately.
Right now there is a delay before the fire particle can fellow up with the player moveing around, and that ruing the littel bit flow with the fire. Anyone who have a way how to fix it?
