How do you get two specific characters to not collide and stop tipping over?

    For some reference, I watched this video here to get my player character to move

    The first problem is that the other character, (named bandit and currently does nothing but has the same physics) always collides with the player character.They are supposed to go past each other (and eventually interact too).
    The second is that my player character likes to tip over on occasion, and presumably bandit does too, but I haven't been able to check yet. Neither player nor bandit are meant to tip over, instead always standing upright unless in an animation that makes it look as if they aren't. (currently don't have that yet)

    P.S. Do I need to put the C# code in here? It's the exact same as in the one in the video above.

    For whatever reason, the first link I'm not able to connect to. I think it might be my firewall, since it sometimes spam blocks things. I'm not sure how to allow that specific website either, so do you happen to have another similar link?
