How do you get the unity 2019 version?

Um.... so i've just started to use unity and most of the tutorials on youtube use a 2019 version... does anybody know how to get that version?

 

You can also download any specific version of Unity going all the way back to Unity 3.x from the download archive. Just google Unity Download Archive.

 

Install Unity Hub -> Installs -> Select 2019 version

Instructions unclear. Step 2 is missing!

*Proceeds to install 2021.2.0a12*

 

2 is in the top-right corner. My handwriting can be ambiguous with mouse. Although I tried to make the bottom more wavy than the base line of 1.

 

Do people remember the forums when the Hub was suggesting alpha versions as the lastest full release? Was like that for months

 

Most 2019 tutorials probably work in 2020

 

I wouldn't hold my breath. Specially knowing people have issues, when running different Unity version and try execute older tutorials. So it is always recommended, running same unity version as tutorial was made for.

 

Maybe some SRP or DOTS tutorials but other than that not much have changed
