How do you get the total time for a session from the raw export?

    I saw that there's an event type called appRunning, but what is the 'duration' in that one? If I export all the custom events from a period, and all the appRunning events from a period, I only get an appRunning event for 30% of the total sessions (where 100% would be the custom events).
    Am I supposed to use this event, or is there some other method of getting the time per session?

    Are you saying you have unique sessionIDs with no associated appRunning event? Perhaps they exist outside your query period?
