How do you find out the serial number of your already returned license

I'm not sure where to post this question so I'm posting it here. How do you find out the serial number of your already returned license I have been having a problem with my package manager and I came across an answer that said to sign out and return license. So I did that but now I don't know how to get my license back so can someone help me. IK it was dumb of me to not think ahead
