Question how do you debug the input system in a console build?

    I'm running into an odd issue:
    2 projects use input system, both with 1.0.1 package and simple samples, both run fine as a windows build and in editor. One works on the Switch the other one doesn't.

    The one that doesn't is an old project ported to 2020.1.17, the other one is new.

    What could cause that?
    Where are relevant settings? I see there are many in the player portion.
    How can I copy over input settings?
    How do I get a list of detected input in a build? similar to Window > Analysis > Input Debugger
