How do we downgrade from Plastic SCM Cloud Edition to Plastic SCM Free Edition?

    I've been on the cloud edition but have no need for email support or more than 3 users, and would prefer to save the $7/month.

    I don't see anywhere in the user panels where I can downgrade my subscription (only upgrade). I don't want the risk of having to cancel and re-enable my whole service.

    I've tried contacting Plastic SCM via email support but have received no reply (ironically).

    How do we downgrade from Plastic SCM Cloud Edition to Plastic SCM Free Edition?

    Ok, I just received this email:

    "Thank you for reaching out to us.

    With the exciting announcement of the Codice Software and Unity Technologies partnership today, there has been a slight change to our pricing model, but please do not worry, you will be put onto the Free Cloud Edition next month and there is no intervention required from you.

    I hope this information is helpful, please let me know if you have any further queries or concerns and I will be happy to assist."
