Question How do I use 2021's new reorderable list inside EditorWindow?

    What is the api to draw the new supported reorderable list?

    As far as I know, the new reorderable lists only work if the whole UI of the editor is using IMGUI.

    Also if you have custom property drawers created with UIToolkit they will not be shown when using these new lists :(
