Why did you buy that when Unity does what you need, just make your blendshapes in your 3d package, export to FBX, import FBX to your Unity project and thats it you will have the Blendshapes.

I think perhaps you need to check Youtube to find out a little more on how to make your own Blendshapes in whatever 3d package you use and then go from there.
