How do I the camera angle to be like how it is in the image?

    These are 2D images, the artist created them in this perspective. The camera isn't angled at all.

    Its from a game. I think its isometric.

    You're not actually seeing an altered camera angle, but sprites designed at a perspective from an angle. This is an illusion of 3D atmosphere within a 2D interface. I think this video will give you some insight to what you want to know.
