how do I open a ulf file on windows 10?

    I need a program to open the activation file ( named "Unity_v2017.x (4).ulf" ) with the extension .ulf
    Where do I get such software?
    Anybody that can help?

    its text file, regular notepad works (or install notepad++ to get better undo and multiple file tabs..)

    or what do you want to do with it?
