Question How do I make UI text move/scale with screen size?

Hi, I'm currently playing around with UI and I noticed that some text doesn't really move with the anchor presets. I have top text and bottom text and the latter becomes invisible when I maximize the Game Panel. It does however become visible again when I move the text up, but then it'd end up in the wrong location in a normal Game Panel. And yes I have also played around with other settings (such as Best Fit) with no success.
(I also don't really need to say this but the following images use "Name" and "Random" because privacy)
